The hotel is huge and offers a firm queen size bed with ample amenities, but the air conditioner was leaky. Access to the neighboring pool was a plus, and the gym was well-equipped. However, extra charges for kitchen utensils were unexpected, and the room cleaning wait time was too long.

My room was very large and easy to find. It had a firm queen size bed, 4 pillows, a bedside table, a desk and a chair, 2 table lamps, a TV, some hangers, a medium-size safe, plenty of wardrobe space, but the air conditioner was leaky. Access to the adjacent giant pool was a great feature.

The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, ensuring a smooth stay. However, additional charges for kitchen utensils and long room cleaning wait times were unexpected.

The location was quiet and peaceful, though a bit far from shops. It was within a reasonable distance from city attractions, such as The Bridge over the River Kwai. Starbucks, Coffee Club, and 7-11 stores were conveniently nearby.
